Skyline Apartment REIT Sells Sault Ste. Marie, ON Portfolio

[Guelph, Ontario – July 22, 2026]

Skyline Apartment REIT has completed a two-phase strategic disposition of its Sault Ste. Marie, ON portfolio, totalling 714 suites.
On July 9, 2026, the REIT sold two properties in Sault Ste. Marie:

• 352 Dacey Road (Village Green), Sault Ste. Marie, ON
• 365 & 379 Lake Street (Lake Street Apartments), Sault Ste. Marie, ON

On July 22, 2026, the REIT sold its remaining three assets in the city:

• 122, 130 & 142 Allard Street (Ruscio Villa), Sault Ste. Marie, ON
• 23, 26 & 27 Terry Fox Place (Terry Fox Place), Sault Ste. Marie, ON
• 621, 627 & 631 MacDonald Avenue (Heritage Place), Sault Ste. Marie, ON

With this portfolio disposition, the REIT is exiting the city of Sault Ste. Marie. It maintains a presence in 48 communities across British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.

Those communities include Stratford, ON and Mascouche, QC, where the REIT expanded its presence in April 2026 with the purchase of properties totalling 150 suites and 164 suites, respectively.

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 224 properties in 48 communities in five provinces across Canada, with a total of 19,566 residential suites.
