On October 25, 2010, Skyline completed the purchase of a $37.6 million multi-residential portfolio that is spread out across four communities in southwestern Ontario.
“Eight years ago when this portfolio was up for sale I was very disappointed that we were not in a financial position to move on it. Now, here we are less than a decade later with a second chance that we were not about to pass up; this is truly fantastic real estate that is extremely accretive to our portfolio and right in our sweet spot from an ownership and management perspective.
