Matthew Organ

Matthew is responsible for Skyline Apartment REIT’s operational and financial performance. He oversees all aspects of the portfolio including acquisitions and dispositions, financial budgeting, and implementing and monitoring capital expenditure projects to enhance portfolio performance and maximize investor returns. Under Matthew’s leadership, Skyline Apartment REIT’s real estate portfolio has grown to tens of thousands of multi-residential suites across Canada.

Matthew joined Skyline in 2006 as the Director of Operations for Skyline Living, working closely with Skyline Apartment REIT’s team to help build the REIT from the ground up. Bringing 30 years of property management and real estate operations experience to his role, his practical approach was a notable asset to Skyline’s operations. Matthew played a key role in Skyline Apartment REIT’s profitability before transitioning to President of the REIT in 2016.

Matthew’s well-rounded experience in property management and proprietary operational processes has driven Skyline Apartment REIT’s successful performance and impressive track record of generating steady investor profits. His attention to operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation has been critical to positioning Skyline Apartment REIT as one of the top apartment REITs in Canada.
