Skyline Apartment REIT Purchases Two Additional Properties in Gatineau, QC

On Monday, October 5th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its second and third properties in the city of Gatineau (Hull), QC.
The first property, at 2,4,6,8 & 10 Rue Radisson, Gatineau, QC, was purchased for $64.2 million and comprises 623 suites.
The second property, at 65-71 Boulevard Fournier & 15 Rue Beriault, was purchased for $25.9 million and comprises 248 suites.
Post-acquisitions, the Skyline Apartment REIT now comprises 171 properties in 46 communities across six provinces, with 15,005 suites and a total value of over $1.5 billion.
