On April 28th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its second property in the town of Tillsonburg, ON. The property at 148 Concession Street East was purchased for $4.1M, and has 47 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT’s total unit count in Tillsonburg to 146.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 188 properties in 49 communities across six provinces (ON, SK, NL, QC, AB, BC), with a total unit count of 16,868.
