Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Second Property in Tillsonburg, Ontario

On April 28th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its second property in the town of Tillsonburg, Ontario. The property at 148 Concession Street East was purchased for $4.1M, and has 47 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT’s total unit count in Tillsonburg to 146.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 188 properties in 49 communities across six provinces (Ontario, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Québec, Alberta, British Columbia), with a total unit count of 16,868.
