Skyline Apartment REIT Purchases 6th Cambridge, ON Property

On Monday, November 16th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its sixth property in the City of Cambridge, ON. The property at 202 Hespeler Road was purchased for $7.4 million and comprises 62 suites.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 172 properties in 46 communities across Canada, with 15,066 suites.
