Skyline Apartment REIT Sells a Property in Montreal, Québec

[Guelph, Ontario –July 17, 2023]

On July 17, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 239 Boulevard Deguire, (La Résidence Deguire), Montreal, Quebec.

The property comprises one seven-storey building with 185 residential units in total.

“239 boulevard Deguire, (La Résidence Deguire) was identified in 2023 as appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

“We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets where strategic dispositions can surface further value for our investors.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 250 properties in 61 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 22,180 suites.
