Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Industrial REIT were both featured in the 2023 “Who’s Who In Real Estate” issue of Canadian Property Management magazine.
Top Ten Owned & Managed in Canadian Real Estate

  • Apartment Own & Manage – Skyline Apartment REIT – ranked #7 with 20.03 million square feet of rental unit space (as of February 16, 2023)
  • Industrial Own & Manage- Skyline Industrial REIT- ranked #8 with 9.31 million square feet of industrial space (as of February 16, 2023)

In each category, the REITs were ranked based on the total square footage in their portfolio. Skyline Apartment REIT’s total square footage was determined, using Canadian Property Management’s prescribed calculation of 1 unit = 900 square feet.

Skyline Apartment REIT has held its place on the list for the past three years in a row. The REIT initially appeared on the Canadian Property Management “Who’s Who” list in 2011, and it was featured multiple times in subsequent years.

Skyline Industrial REIT has also appeared on the list several times in the past years, most recently in 2020 when it ranked #10.
