Skyline Apartment REIT Sells Residential Property in Alberta

[Guelph, Ontario – May 17, 2022]

On May 17, 2022, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 39 Van Slyke Way, Red Deer, Alberta. The property has four residential buildings with 232 units in total.

The total sale price was $39.2M.

“39 Van Slyke Way was identified in 2022 as a non-core asset that was appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.
