Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Additional Fergus, Ontario Property

On April 27, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its third property in the town of Fergus, Ontario. The property at 250 Queen Street East was purchased for $8.1M and has a total of 67 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT’s total unit count in Fergus to 292.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 187 properties in 49 communities across six provinces (Ontario, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Québec, Alberta and British Columbia). Its total unit count is now 16,821.
