On April 7th, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased a beautiful 44-unit building at 575 Park Road North in Brantford, ON. The property is located close to Wayne Gretzky Parkway, with a sports complex and several parks nearby. The total purchase price was $4.1 million.
