On Friday, June 19th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased two new properties in the City of Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The Apartment REIT now holds six properties in the city, with a total of 714 units.
365 & 379 Lake Street, Sault Ste. Marie, ON is comprised of 136 suites and had a total purchase price of $10.5M.
621, 627 & 631 MacDonald Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, ON is comprised of 271 suites and had a total purchase price of $29.5M.
The Skyline Apartment REIT now comprises 144 properties in 46 communities in 6 provinces, with a total of 12,342 units.
