Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires BC, AB and QC Properties

On Friday, February 6, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its first two properties in the province of Alberta.
16255, 16265 & 16275 51st Street NW, Edmonton, AB had a purchase price of $33M and has 160 suites.
20 Kingsland Close SE, Airdrie, AB (just north of Calgary) had a total purchase price of $41M and has 192 suites.
Apartment REIT entered the province of BC with the purchase of a 160 suite property at 900, 901 & 904 -100A Avenue in Dawson Creek, BC. The property had a total purchase price of $13.3M.
The Skyline Apartment REIT currently comprises 142 properties in 46 communities across six provinces, with nearly 12,000 suites.
