Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Its Eighth Property in Hamilton, ON

On Tuesday, June 30th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its eighth property in the City of Hamilton, ON. The property at 334 East 14th Street had a purchase price of $9.8 million and has 105 suites. Located close to Highway 403 and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, the property has several parks, schools, and a hospital and mall nearby. The Apartment REIT now has a total of 934 suites in the City of Hamilton.

The Skyline Apartment REIT currently comprises 145 properties in 46 communities across six provinces, with 12,447 suites and over 643,000 square feet of commercial space.
