On Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its seventh property in Hamilton, ON at 1854 & 1856 Main Street West. The property has 154 units and had a total purchase price of $13.86 million. Skyline Apartment REIT now has over 800 apartment suites in the City of Hamilton.
The Skyline Apartment REIT currently comprises 138 properties in 41 communities in 4 provinces, with 11,238 suites and over 650,000 square feet of commercial space.
