On Thursday, December 4, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its first residential property in the province of Quebec, at 400 & 405 Boulevard des Grives in Gatineau (Hull), QC. The property had a total purchase price of $15.2 million, and has 98 suites.
The Skyline Apartment REIT currently comprises 137 properties in 42 communities across Canada, with over 11,000 units and approximately 656,000 square feet of commercial space.
