Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires New Windsor, ON Property

On Thursday, July 10th, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 55-unit property at 274 Giles Boulevard West in Windsor, Ontario. The circa 1928 property, registered as a City of Windsor Heritage Property, had a purchase price of $2.4 million and is close to several parks and schools. Skyline Apartment REIT’s additional Windsor assets on Ouellette Avenue and MacDougall Street are in close proximity.
The Skyline Apartment REIT currently comprises 137 properties in 42 communities, with 10,989 units and nearly 719,000 square feet of commercial space.
274 Giles Boulevard West is Skyline Apartment REIT’s fourth property in the City of Windsor.
