Skyline Apartment REIT Sells Three Properties in Greater Moncton Area

[Guelph, Ontario – March 23, 2026]

On March 23, 2026, Skyline Apartment REIT sold three properties in the Greater Moncton Area, New Brunswick, totalling 678 suites:

  • 25, 35 & 55 Primrose Lane (La Chaussee), Dieppe, NB
  • 150-260 Mapleton Road & 22-35 Fairlane Drive (Chateau Mapleton & Mapleton Village), Moncton, NB
  • 190 & 196 Carson Drive (Mapleton Estates), Moncton, NB

With the disposition of its Greater Moncton Area portfolio, the REIT is exiting the province of New Brunswick. It maintains a presence in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.
