Skyline Apartment REIT sells Tilbury, Ontario property

[Guelph, Ontario – June 19, 2025]

On June 19, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 65 Fort Street (Fort Street Townhomes) in Tilbury, Ontario, comprising 50 townhouse suites.

With this disposition, the REIT is exiting the Tilbury market.

“We identified Fort Street Townhomes as appropriate for a strategic disposition in early 2025, as part of our continued efforts to optimize the REIT’s portfolio by concentrating on key Canadian markets that align with our long-term vision,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 231 properties in 51 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,727 residential suites.
