Skyline Apartment REIT sells Portofino Suites in Edmonton, Alberta

[Guelph, Ontario – October 16, 2025]

On October 16, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a 240-suite property at 11440 & 11444 Ellerslie Road Southwest (Portofino Suites) in Edmonton, Alberta.

This sale marks the REIT’s final component in its series of strategic dispositions in Alberta throughout 2025, including Brintnell Landing and Heritage Valley in Edmonton (May 20 and August 21, respectively) and Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park (June 9). With the sale of Portofino Suites, the REIT is exiting the province of Alberta. It maintains a presence in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
