Skyline Apartment REIT buys 15th property in Sarnia, Ontario

On April 28, 2021, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased a property in the city of Sarnia, Ontario.

The Dorchester is located at 368 Exmouth Street in Sarnia, and consists of one building with a mix of one and two-bedroom suites, with a total of 33 suites. The total purchase price for The Dorchester was $3.35M.

The Dorchester is located close to many amenities including grocery, restaurants, parks, and transit, with easy access to downtown Sarnia and Highway 402.

The building offers balconies for each suite, as well as on-site laundry facilities and storage lockers.

“The property is in a great location near one of the city’s main thoroughfares, and it is also just down the street from Elkhart Manor at 396 Exmouth Street, purchased by Skyline Apartment REIT in December 2018. With this purchase, we are now offering 879 suites to Sarnia residents.”
