Skyline Apartment REIT Purchases Additional Windsor, ON Property

On Tuesday December 12th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased a property at 3150 Donnelly Street, Windsor, ON. The property was purchased for $5.5M and has 87 suites. 3150 Donnelly Street is the Apartment REIT’s 27th property in the City of Windsor – a large multi-property acquisition in 2014 made the Skyline Apartment REIT the largest landlord in the city.
