On Tuesday December 19th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT entered the city of Moncton, NB with the purchase of two properties. This purchase was the Apartment REIT’s first in the province of New Brunswick.
150-260 Mapleton Road & 22-35 Fairlane Drive, Moncton, NB was purchased for $35.2M and has 405 suites.
190 & 196 Carson Road, Moncton, NB was purchased for $32.8M and has 210 suites.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 185 properties in 49 communities across 7 provinces – ON, SK, NB, NL, QC, AB, BC – with 16,654 units and 661,196 square feet of commercial space.
