On Monday, August 15th, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 232-unit luxury apartment building in Red Deer, Alberta. The “Vanier Woods” property at 39 Van Slyke Way was purchased for $41.8M, and is located in the southeast Vanier Woods neighbourhood of Red Deer.
This property is Skyline’s fourth in the province of AB.
