For the fifth year in a row, Skyline Apartment REIT has been ranked #5 among Canada’s Top 10 REITs within Rental Housing Business (RHB) Magazine’s “The Annual” edition. The REIT was ranked based on the number of apartment suites owned and managed within its portfolio as of April 17, 2024.

RHB’s “The Annual” presents “the complete market perspective for the Canadian rental housing industry.” It comprises an annual survey of industry experts, association executives, government sources, and apartment owners and managers across Canada.
