This edition featured an Industry Report for 2020. In addition to representation from Skyline Apartment REIT, the feature included commentary from a public REIT, a property developer, and a multi-residential property owner.

The participants offered their perspectives on how the apartment industry has performed in the past year amid COVID-19, and how it may perform in 2021.
