Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires New-Build Apartment Complex in Stratford, ON

On August 1, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Oxford Haus Apartments, two multi-residential properties in Stratford, ON, for $31.55M. The acquisition consists of two mid-rise apartment buildings, totaling 118 units, and one shared amenity building. This acquisition is the REIT’s third acquisition in Stratford.

Located in Stratford’s East End at 45, 65 & 85 Oxford Street, this professionally managed building features many high-end amenities and a shared amenity building – at 65 Oxford Street – with a full-sized kitchen, gym and social room. As part of the Skyline Living community, the Resident Manager of this property will plan regular social events and charitable activities to help the tenants of the buildings be active members of the Stratford community.
