On July 30, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Elgin Woods Apartments at 2 & 4 Avon Road in St. Thomas, ON.
Elgin Woods Apartments comprises 105 suites and had a total purchase price of $6.58M. The property is designated smoke-free and is located near parks, restaurants, shopping, and local transit.
Introduced in 2006, the Skyline Apartment REIT is fully managed and operated by the Skyline Group of Companies, a Guelph, ON-based real estate acquisition, management, and investment firm.
