On November 22, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the disposition of a property at 221 Glenridge Avenue, St. Catharines, Ontario. The property, which comprised 138 suites, had a total sale price of $23.25M.
Introduced in 2006, the Skyline Apartment REIT is fully managed and operated by the Skyline Group of Companies, a Guelph, Ontario-based real estate acquisition, management, and investment firm.
