On September 20th, 2016, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a newly-developed property at 2703, 2707, 2711 & 2715 James Mowatt Trail SW, in Edmonton, AB. The 200-unit property is Skyline Apartment REIT’s second property in Edmonton, and its 5th in the province of AB. The property was purchased for $37 million.
Post-acquisition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 182 properties in 48 communities in six Canadian provinces, with 16,304 multi-residential units.
