After recently announcing Skyline Apartment REIT’s first acquisition of 2012, the REIT has already acquired its second property this year. Located at 310 Clyde Road in Cambridge, Ontario, this 39-unit building is the REIT’s 104th property. The building was purchased for just over $2.8 million and complements our existing portfolio in this city quite well. The Skyline Apartment REIT’s overall portfolio is now made up of 7,615 apartment units, over 750,000 square feet of commercial space and spans across 38 Canadian communities.
