Andrea oversees internal operations for Skyline Living’s multi-residential portfolio across Canada. Her team encompasses all areas of Skyline Living’s business operations, including property administration, fire and life safety, legal and compliance, customer service, internal collections, insurance, and Skyline Living’s in-house R.I.S.E. Resident Assistance Program.
Andrea joined Skyline Living in 2013 with 15 years of experience in the multi-residential property management industry. She began her Skyline career as a Property Manager overseeing the Southwestern Ontario region and was recognized with a Property Manager of the Year award from the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) before stepping into her role as Skyline Living’s Director of Business Operations.
Andrea’s key areas of focus are strategic planning, vacancy reduction, customer service, and resident retention. Her work focuses on enhancing Skyline Living’s operational performance while supporting positive resident experiences and resilient rental housing communities. She shares her expertise at rental housing industry events, including FRPO’s Women in Rental Housing Luncheon and the Rental Housing Canada (RHC) Conference.
